His restaurant was in regularly featured in Asia50best and worlds50best from inaugural 2013 till recently in 2023 also won;

– #4 of World’s 50 Best List (2019)
– 2 Michelin Stars (2017-2019)
– #5 on Asia’s 50 Best List (2023)
-#17 on world’s 50 Best List (2023)

And all of this was only possible with the rebels who joined him and became a part of this Gastronomica rebellion

Here at the restaurant, we have a strong belief of fostering talent whether in the kitchen or the front of the house. We welcome stagiaires or interns to join us for a period of 2 months. Within the 2 months, you can expect to work side by side with our chefs and managers while looking forward to a unique rotation plan to maximize your time with us.
